You know Cassie, after looing at cartoon #6377, I found it similar to Vietnam’s schools. Disciplinary note folders are sent back and forth, from teachers to parents. They all want to make sure that their kids finish their homeworks at home. What a stupid method ! During my school time, we students usually asked our friends to copy our parents’ signatures. Therefore, that method appeared useless. Haha :)
